ISO 9001
In 1999 dhaxley was the first in the industry to obtain ISO 9001 certification, an international standard for quality management systems. An organisation must meet "standards". These standards show how an organisation maintains quality.
As a supplier to many industrial clients, dhaxley is committed to guaranteeing quality. This is achieved by accurately describing all the procedures and instructions specific to the translation process. We continually seek to be efficient and we map any changes to our workflow in the ISO 9001 quality system.
An independent agency – recognised by BELCERT – audits dhaxley twice a year and every three years the entire translation process undergoes re-certification to bring it in line with the latest changes to the ISO 9001 standard.
